I have been running writing workshops in Sydney’s inner west since 2007. Re-storying Our Lives is a six week (2 hours a week) workshop run twice a year.  I also offer a series of half day workshops, Re-storying the Wounded Self, focusing on specific themes – grief, shame and creating a healthy relationship with our body.  In 2016 I introduced a new full day Sunday workshop on journal writing called Journal to the Self.
